When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from Houston, Texas. All orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day. 

Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method you select at check out, however standard shipping through USPS or UPS usually takes 1-7 business days. We strongly recommend you order your items at least 2 weeks before your event to allow adequate time for processing and shipping. Priority and next day shopping options are available if you need your items quicker. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Party Favors by POP does not ship internationally. We are only able to ship domestically to US addresses. If you would like to ship internationally, please email info@placeofplay.com

Can I return part of my order?

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your product(s), received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 10 business days of the shipment delivery date and request a return. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used items are non-refundable. Bundled items cannot be returned separately. 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@placeofplay.com with your return reason. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review and send you return details if the request is approved. Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 3-5 business days.

I forgot to order something - can you add it to my order?

If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will do our best! Please email us at info@placeofplay.com as soon as possible. 

What if an item I’d like to purchase is sold out?

If an item you would like to purchase is sold out or there are limited quantities, please email us at info@placeofplay.com and we will let you know what we can do! 

We do our very best to manage inventory and estimate what is needed to keep our customers satisfied. We are continuously reordering products and seeking out new fabulous items to carry. 

How often do you get new items in stock? 

Our collections are especially curated to include only the most adorable, high quality items that meet our specific standards. We also believe less is more, however, we are continuously seeking out new fabulous items daily and will add inventory as appropriate.

How do you protect my privacy?

We will use any information collected to ship your package and to contact you if we have questions about your order. We will not share your personal information with any third parties unless required by law.
